Oh.....We're Supposed To Be Watching Them?

Apparently, telephone cords are allowed in holding cells in Solano County. No, of course it's not Sacramento County (which is still on track to have a stellar year in jail suicides) but givem time...I think being neighboring counties in California is starting to rub-off on Solano. More later...
