Here is THE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE I was referring to in my LYING COPS post on 07/07/2005. Does anyone notice the 3 foot long crack running horizontally across the middle of the window? No? Well, maybe you don't see it BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ONE!!!

Actually I just got an email from the attorney this afternoon. She wanted me to put together any additional new evidence for an appeal or request for a new 1538.5 hearing...I'm not sure what happens next. When I talk to the attorney tomorrow I'll fill you in.

I think that maybe it was one of those cracks where you think you got a crack but then you just lick your finger and rub it and it disappears.
Ok, that probably sounded much worse than I meant, especially after wotl's comment.
You are good! I am personally not a fan of licking anything and rubbing ANY cracks...but that's just me :)
Actually, I did have to rub off some of the buggies, bird turds, and crud that were stuck to the window with some spit and coupla fingers...I couldn't get the little ones off so I took it as is.
Yeah, it was not a super noticeable crack and it was hard to even get it to come up in the photographs with the lighting I had.
So far nothing new, I don't think we're going to be able to get a new hearing on the case. Sucks.
