New Defense Investigator Blog

Thanks again to Skelly for the heads up on another blogging Criminal Defense investigator, Anita Witness:

I'm told that inside a holding cell area, in another county than my own, is graffiti that says,"My father was locked up here, I was here, now my son is here. When will it end?"

My public defender friend told me that each time he walks by the graffiti, he's tempted to scribble the response:"When your family stops committing crimes."

This always makes me chuckle. I wish the answer was so easy tho.

It seems as though the blog has undergone a few changes since it started (including the name) but you can now read Anita Witness here.
If you get a chance, drop her a note and welcome her aboard the blawging bandwagon!

Thanks for finding me, Sancho, despite all my recent disguises (i.e. indecisiveness, neurosis, whatever). I'm a huge fan of the site, so it was a girl's dream to see my name in lights on your marquee. Keep up the good work on and off line. And I'll see you around campus,
