From The Anchorage Daily News:
"I told Congress, thanks but no thanks on that bridge to nowhere," Palin told the cheering McCain crowd, referring to Ketchikan's Gravina Island bridge.I've got the ADN saved in my bookmarks for my daily news fix.
But Palin was for the Bridge to Nowhere before she was against it.
The Alaska governor campaigned in 2006 on a build-the-bridge platform, telling Ketchikan residents she felt their pain when politicians called them "nowhere."

Where is the logic of the Republicans picking her? No experience, specially in foreign policy.
Assuming they picked Palin to get the Hillary voters not satisfied with Obama , I think this tatic will fall flat on it's face.
I'm a moderate and any time the religious/conservative right gets excited about someone then that's a big red flag for me!
She spent $40 million building a road to nowhere on that island - it would have connected to the bridge. There are 50 residents on the island who are served by the road.
